  6.   Tech Note 1:

  8.        If the video is not displaying properly make sure of the following:
  9.  
  10.          1:  The VESA driver is installed.  This driver will be
  11.              found on the drivers disk supplied with your video card.
  12.  
  13.          2:  You have at least 540 K of free conventional memory.
  14.  
  15.          3:  EMM386.EXE is configured properly for expanded memory.
  16.              i.e.  DEVICE=C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE 2048 RAM

  18.   Tech Note 2:

  20.        To stop video or sound from playing, press the ESC key.

  22.   If these notes do not solve your problems, please call

  26.   Before you call for tech support, please have the following information
  27.   available:

  29.         The graphics card you are using and the CHIPSET of
  30.         the card.  If you do not know it, check the manuals that
  31.         came with the system or contact the establishment from which 
  32.         you purchased your system and ask them.

  35.         The audio card and what it is compatible with.
  36.         Also, you need to know the I/O address, DMA and IRQ
  37.         of the sound card.
